Ian and Lauren -
I'm not sure which one of you is handling this, so I'm giving it to you both.
Attached is suggested wording for a stormwater management condition for this project.
Let me know if you have questions.
Thanks,
Annette

STORMWATER CONDITION:
1. Written Stormwater Management Plan (Final Plan Needed for Current and Future Phases)
Before any impacts associated with this project may commence, you must provide the DWQ with
EITHER:
• A valid approval letter from the Town of Hillsborough indicating that the proposed activity
has an approved SMP and one copy of the approved SMP, including plan details, calculations
a copy of the signed and notarized Operation and Maintenance Agreement and any other
relevant supporting information, OR
A set of stormwater plan details and calculations stamped as "Approved" by the Town of
Hillsborough.
The above information should be submitted to the Wetlands, Buffers, Stormwater, Compliance
and Permitting Unit (WeBSCaPe), NCDENR/Division of Water Quality - Wetlands and
Stormwater Branch, 1650 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-1650.
Before any land disturbance associated with a future phase may occur, the DWQ must receive
documentation of the Town of Hillsborough's approval of the stormwater management plan
associated with that phase (see above).
All stormwater management plans must be designed to treat the runoff from the entire phase.
Also, before any permanent building is occupied at the subject site, the stormwater management
facilities must be constructed and operational.
