The Division of Water Quality (DWQ) met with your consultants, McGill Engineers, along with Tyler
Crumbley, US Army Corp of Engineers, on June 6, 2011 to discuss additional information needed to process the
Town of Fletcher's project. The requisite information required to complete the review process has not been
submitted to date (clarification of impacts, etc.). Therefore, the project application is considered incomplete
and is being returned. It is also the DWQ's understanding that the project may be delayed due to funding
constraints.
Please note: No impacts associated with the subject project are approved at this time.
Upon receipt of a complete application along with the applicable fee, the DWQ will promptly review the
