Sue,
Attached are two revised Figures (Figure 6 and Figure 9) for the Hartley Drive Extension and Widening project for the
City of High Point. The relocated Basin #1 is now depicted on Figure 6 as requested. Also, an additional cross section (B
to B) has been added to Figure 9 depicting the profile through the relocated Basin #1.
Please review these two figures and let me know if you now have sufficient information to revise the Section 401 WQC
that was previously issued for the project. Thanks for your attention to this permit revision request.
