A review of this project reflects open water impact of 0.3 acres. Since this is under the 1 acre threshold, the correct fee
is $240 and not the $570 that was internally transferred on 8/15/11 (payment ref #0000051876; document number
Thelma081211).
I don't know how to rectify this situation and have cc'd Laveta Pickett and Fran McPherson in the hopes that they can
assist or know someone who can help with this situation.
