3. Project Description
3a. Describe the existing conditions on the site and the general land use in the vicinity of the project at the time of this
application:
This area is an existing boat ramp with 2ADA parking spaces, sidewalk to floating dock and gravel parking. The rest of
the area is shoreline and undeveloped woodland.

N/A - entire project is below NWL
3c. List the total estimated linear feet of all existing streams (intermittent and perennial) on the property:
3d. Explain the purpose of the proposed project:
Canal to ramp is difficult to use during low water and sediment build up at end of ramp due to powerloading. This project
proposes to removed sandy/pebbly sediment to provide adequate water depths for launching, recovery and manuevering
of boats.
3e. Describe the overall project in detail, including the type of equipment to be used:
When this area was originally built dredging was necessary to construct the access to the lake. This project proposes
excavation of approx. 372 cubic yards of the accumulated sandy/pebbley sediment from the basin and canal. The
excavation will be performed by an excavator on the shore.
