Please give a brief project description below.

The Site is located at 10695 Hambright Road in Huntersville, NC. The
property developer is proposing the construction of a commercial
development. Stream and wetland impacts are proposed to facilitate
grading on -Site. The planned development area will be graded with
heavy equipment to prepare level building pads, roadways, and
stormwater BMPs. The owner has allowed for extensive avoidance
and minimization of impacts to Waters of the US. The Site Plan is
currently being generated. Once completed, 1 will forward it on to you.
Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
