This project is being returned due to the failure to provide Item Number 3 requested
in your most recent Request for Information Letter sent by the Division of Water
Quality on January 30, 2007. This item required you to convert the wet detention
pond to an extended detention wetland because of the Nutrient Sensitive Waters (NSW)
classification in this watershed.
If you submit another application on this project, please be advised that the DWQ
will require plan details of each of the proposed level spreaders at a scale of 1"
= 50' or larger. These plans must show the locations of the contour lines, flow
splitter devices, bypass channels and forebays.
