If you do not have a ftp client you can access the files from Windows with the following instructions. 1. Open a Windows window (NOT Internet Explorer). If the Address Bar is not displayed near the top left Open "View" --> "Tool Bars" and select "Address Bar" so that the address Bar will display. 2. Type ftp://ftp.thewootencompany.com into the Address Bar and press enter. 3. Open "PUB DROP" 4. You should now be able to copy files to the site or copy files out of the site. Be aware that once a file is uploaded it cannot be changed or deleted. Please contact me once you have transferred the file or files so that I can remove it from the site.
