Hi Martin,
Thanks for the updated credit ledgers. I do have a few questions and comments:
1. Please explain the negative balance for the Westbrook parcel in 2010.
2. Please send me the corresponding Westbrook Buffer ledger
3. Has EBX sold any mitigation credits since 9/29/10?
4. Please send me a buffer credit ledger for Rudolph.
5. Please update these ledgers and all future ledgers to include the "Credit Balance" column. This column needs to
be filled out with each transaction
6. Please provide a ledger for each individual Bank Parcel separately.
7. Please use "grid lines" for each transaction line. It is very difficult to review these ledgers in their current
format.
8. Please use a bigger font size. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but I would recommend
removing the following columns from your credit ledgers to allow for a bigger font (especially since DWQ does
not need this information):
o Transaction #, Site (not needed after implementing Comment 6 above), Credits Reserved, Contract Date
Please continue to put the project # on all of your ledgers. Please resubmit the ledgers with the above changes. Thanks
