associated maps for this buffer project are received at the DWQ Central Office in Raleigh
along with the appropriate fee.
® Please see page I 1 of 11 of each PCN set. Application requires signature and date. Agent's
signature is only valid if a written authorization is supplied by the applicant (Post Wade Tract
M2, LLC, Kelly Carter).
This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters
or protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not
