Dear Mc Setzer:
On August 1 1, 201 1, I inspected the construction work at the-new bridge site on NCSR 1890, Hungry Creek
Road in Haywood County. Approximately one half of the new bridge has been constructed and traffic has
been rerouted to the new bridge section and the beams for the other half have been set.
Please continue to ensure that all sediment and erosion control structures are maintained and that seeding and
mulching are performed as needed to protect downstream waters. A copy of the inspection report is attached
to this letter.

Rip rap placed for stabilization should not exceed 401 requirements of 46 linear feet.
