Hi Gareth,
I would be willing to provide you with up to 30 months to convert the stormwater treatment for Boulder Point Drive
from the temporary level spreader - engineered filter strip to the permanent 85% TSS removal device that will serve the
adjacent development.
I have checked with my colleagues and it is also acceptable to remove the Briar Creek Parkway Extension that was
previously approved from the currently proposed stormwater management plan. Just make the change clear in your
next submittal.
Thanks!
Annette

Hi Annette,
I spoke with Grant at the end of the day on Friday regarding the time frame for the installation of permanent BMP along
Boulder Point Drive. He agreed that 2-2.5 years is a reasonable time frame to expect those next phases to be built. He
had previous discussions with the client on the phasing of the future construction and this is the approximate time
frame they were looking at.
After Phase 6 S and Ph 6 N are completed, those will be the next phases that will be constructed. At this point, it is
highly dependent on the economic situation moving forward. If they sell all of the lots that they want, it may even be a
little quicker than that.
I will also say that Newland has a full time person on site and who actually lives in Briar Chapel. Since someone is out
there all the time, they address any maintenance issues very quickly. They have been very proactive in maintaining their
BMPs and have always been very quick to correct any problems. I think that is important to note because they will make
sure everything is functioning correctly.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks!
-Gareth

Hey Gareth,
Been out of the office some last week at a workshop - let's schedule a call. What days/times work for you this week? I
am busy Thursday but can make myself available most other days.

Annette,
I have been trying to follow up with you on a voicemail you left me a couple weeks ago. We received your RFMI letter
today and would definitely like to discuss. Would it be possible to do a conference call and go over some specifics?
Please let me know a good date and time to contact you. Thanks again.
Grant
