Mr. McMillan, via the thread below, you granted an extension for responses to your May 23, 2011 letter. In a telephone
conversation with Annette Lucas yesterday, she recommended meeting with her to obtain a clearer direction on
responding to your comments. Ms. Lucas advised us that she would be available on or about the first week in August to
meet with us. Based upon meeting with Ms. Lucas the first week in August, we respectively request an additional
extension of time to respond to the comments of your May 23, 2011 letter. Following our meeting with Ms. Lucas, we
will be able to provide you with a more concrete time period for responding but would at this time request an extension
until September 30, 2011.

response period outlined via the May 23, 2011 letter to the City of Raleigh on the project referenced in the subject line.
Responses will be submitted within 30 days of today, or July 13, 2011. Please reply if responses should be submitted
earlier than July 13, 2011.
