Annette,
LP will not be constructing a Truck Tarping Station at the location described in the previous application, or perform any
land or stream disturbance activities in that area. We are currently developing plans to construct the structure in an area
that will not impact a delineated stream. Since the new location is not subject to the 401/404 permitting requirements,
please close the current application.
