The DWQ will require additional information in order to process your application to impact protected wetlands and/or streams on the subject property. Therefore, unless we receive five copies of the additional information requested below, we will place this project on hold as incomplete until we receive this additional information. If we do not receive the requested information, your project will be formally returned as incomplete. Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project. Additional Information Requested: 1. Per the GC 3693,"if concrete is used during construction, then a dry work area should be maintained to prevent direct contact between curig concrete and stream water. Water that inadvertently contact uncured concrete should not be dishcarged to surface waters due to potential for elevated pH and possible aquatic life/fish kills". Please explain how you will accomplish this during construction especially given the time of year (October) you propose to start and potential for large rain events. 2. Once obtained, please provide DWQ with the lease agreement from Progress Energy. This project will be put on hold (at your request) until the agreement is obtained.
