Hello Mrs. Chapman,
Based on my measurements I estimate that the impacted area near the drainage pipe is
approximately 350 sq. ft ( Appx. 35' long x 10' wide). That amount of area will need to be
disturbed to establish positive drainage toward Lake Norman. The other area is roughly
15'x15'. Please let me know if you have any other questions. I am sorry that I did not
provide enough information initially. This is my first time filing for a variance so please
forgive my lack of information.

Buffers?
