at Lake Lure Development. We have obtained all documents held by the Asheville Regional office. I would like to be able

This letter constitutes a request for information pursuant to the North Carolina Public
Records Act, N.C.G.S. Sections 132-1 through 132-10.
Please make available for our review all records (including, without limitation, all documents,
correspondence, notes, a-mails or other materials) relating to the Gray Rock at Lake Lure
Development, located in Lake Lure, North Carolina 28746 from January 1, 2004 through the
present. We are seeking information held by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources
("DENR") and its Division of Water Quality ("DWQ"), including, without limitation, information kept at
DENR's headquarters and its regional offices related to the above-referenced facility. This request
includes, but is not limited to, all available information pertaining to enforcement actions at either of
these facilities.
We request to be notified of the existence of all "public records," as defined in Section 132-1
regarding the above-referenced information requests and request that we be allowed to review and
copy all records maintained in DENR's file(s). We also request that you provide us with an estimate
in advance of the charges to supply the requested records.
