Hi everyone-
I am at home today with a sick kid, but I did check my email just a little bit ago and read this email from
Tedder. I received an electronic copy of the recent submittal Tedder is referring to via a forwarded email from
Chuck on Monday, which I forwarded onto Ian. I do not know if we have even received the paper copy in our
office yet (Laurie- have you seen anything for #04-2019?). 1 did not have a chance to talk with Ian about this
yesterday, but have left him a voicemail, so hopefully we will connect this afternoon.

Karen,
I've talked to Chuck and he will be contacting you soon if not already. As you know the applicant provided everything
you guys and the Corps have requested. The proposed lake has been reduced to the smallest possible to provide the
multiple uses required by the developer. I would hope that you are ready to proceed with the 401 asap. As Ken Jolly
said in the meeting, they cannot proceed with the 404 until DWQ does its job and issues the 401. At that meet Justin
said they needed a little more language on the "no build" option and a smaller lake. Both have been accomplished.
Please let me know the status today as I need to provide a status to the Developer as well as Governor Holshouser .
There are meetings in the process of being set up later this week with legislators and the Governor's office as this
project is critical to the success of Anderson South. I hope your response is very positive so I can prevent those meetings
from occurring.
