Before the water plant expansion that has occurred, property owners in this area had to rely on cisterns or shallow private wells. The project will include 369 If of 6" water line and 246 If of 4" water line to be installed through Section 404 wetlands. The area of disturbance will be limited to a loft strip along this 615 If alignment (0.14 ac.). No permanent loss of waters or wetlands is proposed or anticipated. All wetland areas will be returned to pre- construction contours and elevations upon completetion of the project.
