On July 15, 2011 Roberto Scheller of the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) conducted an on-site 401 compliance inspection for
compliance with permit conditions of General Certification (GC) 3641 issued April 30, 2010. The GC 3641 permits impact to 0.025
acres of open water with fill, 0.009 acres of open water with dredge, 240 square feet (ft) of open water impacts from shading, and
1,138 square feet (ft) of protected riparian buffers for the purpose of constructing boat ramp, walkway with floating dock, and riprap
shoreline stabilization at the subject property, as described within your application dated March 1, 2010 and received by the N.C.
Division of Water Quality (DWQ) on March 19, 2010. After the on-site compliance inspection we have decided that the permitted
impacts appear to be compliant with conditions of General Water Quality Certification Number(s) 3641 (GC3641)

letter is to report findings of a compliance inspection and does not authorize any impacts to either Waters of the United States or
