Please find the attached the completed DWQ Certificate of Completion form as required by
Condition No. 7 of the October 29, 2010 approval for the use of GC 3687(DWQ No. 10-0849),
and the completed USACE Certification as required by the January 13, 2011 verification for the
use of NW P3 (AID No. 2011-0110).
Note that only the approved impacts associated with the roadway have been completed. The
Nature Trail and Observation Deck have been indefinitely postponed. Construction will most
likely occur after the expiration of these approvals. The City will ensure that the approvals are up
to date or otherwise obtained prior to construction.
Please contact S&EC, PA if you wish to visit the property. The park is scheduled to open to the
public in August 2011.
