in Atlantic Beach , as requested in the permittee's letter dated 5/27/11, including the
attached workplan drawings (2), both dated 4/18/11
This permit, issued on July 27, 2011 , is subject to compliance with the application (where consistent
with the permit), all applicable regulations, special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may
1) Unless specifically altered herein, this minor modification authorizes the additional boat slip with associated
boatlift at lot 306 N. Shore Drive I, that is expressly and specifically set forth in the attached workplan
drawings.
2) No portion of the authorized boatlift shall exceed a maximum distance of 23 feet waterward of the existing
bulkhead.
3) This minor modification authorizes a maximum of two formalized docking spaces.
4) This minor modification shall be attached to the original Permit No. 14-08, which was issued on 2/13/08 and
the minor modifications of 9/3/10 and 3/16/11, and copies of all documents shall be readily available on site
when Division personnel inspect the project for compliance.

This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or
other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing
date. An appeal requires resolution prior to work initiation or
continuance as the case may be.
This permit must be accessible on-site to Department
personnel when the project is inspected for compliance.
Any maintenance work or project modification not covered
hereunder requires further Division approval.
All work must cease when the permit expires on
November 17, 2015
In issuing this permit, the State of North Carolina agrees
that your project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal
Management Program.
