That the said Grantors in consideration of their love and affection for their
parents, and other good and valuable consideration to them in hand paid by said Grantees,

southern property line of said larger lot; and running thence in an easterly
direction along the northern property line of said river 100 feet; thence in a
northerly direction 200 feet; thence in a westerly direction along the northern
property line of the larger lot referred to 100 feet to the point of beginning.
This being the same property conveyed to Gerald Andre Bissette and David
Michael Bissette by deed dated October 31, 2000 and recorded in Book 1183 Page
393 of the Beaufort County Registry.
