The project titled "Wintergreen Bank Stabilization" consists of a bank above an existing sewer main due
to bank erosion in the area.
The construction described in this permit application results in approximately 1,950 square feet of Zone
1 buffer impact, 90 square feet of Zone 2 buffer impact and 80 linear feet of stream disturbance.

This project consists of a bank stabilization above an existing sanitary sewer main due to bank erosion in the area.

An investigation found that the a stream has eroded a stream bank over an existing sanitary sewer main. The proposed
work reestablishes and protects the bank from future failure through the installation of a channel block and bank
stabilization. Most of the work falls within Zone 1 and Zone 2. Conventional construction equipment (trackhoes, dump
trucks, trench box) will be used for the installation. Sediment control devices will be installed.
