Applicant: vDDavid Newsom
Project Location: Onslow County. 699 White Oak Crossing, located on the White Oak River
near Swansboro.
Proposed Project: Proposes to utilize an existing docking facility to add one boatlift (one slip) for
a total of three slips. Also included would be the addition of one finger pier,
one access walkway, and one platform.
Please indicate below your agency's position or viewpoint on the proposed project and return this form by
