Applicant: Homer Smith, LLC (Beaufort Harbor Marina and Yacht Club)
Location: The project site is located at 101 Cedar Street, south side of Town Creek, Beaufort,
Carteret County.
Proposed Project: The applicant is proposing to construct a 109 slip marina, clubhouse with ship shore,
43 car asphalt parking lot, boardwalk and extend existing concrete boardwalk, all
associated dock components and installation of two above ground fuel storage tanks.
