Thank you for catching the math error and the CU after the clients name.
I added the CU number in the other withdraws as well and corrected the math oversight. It is so much easier to correct
now rather then after a dozen or so entries.

GreenVest/Flat Swamp, LLC on June 15, 2009, we are seeking approval from the NCDWQ for our Ledger Transaction
Number: FSMB 2011-0006 for the withdraw of 1,137.528 nutrient pounds for the project known as the Chicod
Elementary School additions, located at 7557 NC Hwy 43 South, Greenville, North Carolina 27858.
Attached is a copy of the Bank's Ledger indicating the withdraw and the letter from Mr. Jonas Hill, Planner III with Pitt
