Ref: Answers to Your questions
Dear Mr_ Williams;
1 _ Estimated cost and quantities for retaining walls and fire code is included, we have
reasons retaining walls will not work or, this project:
a) Fire code required a turnaround
b) 10 foot height is a safety concern, because sidewalk will be along top of wall
c) Because of fire code and lack ofpaving surface tine will lose 105 parking
spaces
2. We have elected to buy our mitigation credits from NCEEP.
If additional information is needed please call me at 3-315-20-2-33-26-
