I'll need a copy for my mitigation files, and you should probably send a copy to Sue. Since it is fairly short, I will print a
copy for myself from Laserfiche (I can get into it again). This application is to perform repairs on an existing EEP Design-
Bid-Build project.
Since it is not a NW 27 but a NW 3 and they are not exceeding 40 feet of stream impact, they don't require written
approval from us to proceed.
