We will be building a coffer dam to pour the boat ramp in place. The tide will be low enough at low tide to
remove the existing portion of the boat ramp without turbidity issues. Let me know if you have any further

The DWQ has a concern about how the boat ramp will be constructed. Could you please send me additional
information as to how you are planning to construct it. It would also be of help to let me know how you are
going to remove the 10' of the old ramp without causing turbidity (muddy water) issues. Will you using a
turbidity curtain or is the tide low enough that if done at low tide it will not be an issue?
