I got your voice mail message about a turn-around of 2 weeks for the Raleigh St. 401 certification. I
also talked with the design engineer and she forwarded me the project schedule and time constraints
in the below email.
What do you think? Would it possible for us to start on other portions of the project (not in the area of
the proposed stream impact) or is that out of the question?

Per our conversation ...here is list of the project construction schedule limitations:
June 20, 2011 Earliest project start date
June 22, 2011 Anticipated project start date
July 10-14, 2011 Water outages are NOT permitted by the contractor (project required waterline relocation
cannot occur during this time period)
July 29, 2011 Last day for construction completion, liquidated damages $1,000/day
Work hours shall be from 9am to 5pm on weekdays (Mon - Fri, or as otherwise approved by the University)
