Mr. McMillan:
Per our phone conversation on Friday June 10, 2011, and in response to your letter dated
June 9, 2011, this letter is to confirm that the Pre-Construction Notification Application
(PCN) Package, which your office received on June 2, 2011 from The Wooten Company,
does not propose any additional impacts above and beyond the original application
submitted to you in April of 2008.
Due to an oversight, one (1) stream, which was shown on Plan Sheet 5 in the original
application, was left out of the impact tables. The revised copy of the application
received by your office on June 2, 2011 includes Stream Impact Number 33. Table "Vl-
4" on Sheet 9 of the PCN has been revised and includes a footnote stating: ""Stream
missed in original submittal - resubmitted May 2011." Table "VI-6" (Cumulative
Impacts Table) has also been revised due to the inclusion of Stream 33. Also, Stream 33
was highlighted and noted on Plan Sheet 5 in the revised PCN.
We apologize for the confusion caused by resubmitting the documents without giving
you prior notice.
