hope you are doing well. Please see the email string below.
Natalie requested that I send you a copy of the approved construction drawings for Shiloh Crossing - Phase 2. These
plans include the final stormwater management plans.
The plans should be delivered to your office either tomorrow or Monday. I wanted to give you some advance warning to
save you some time trying to figure out what to do with them. Since Morrisville is a delegated municipality and they have
reviewed and approved the plans, I believe this set will just be for the DWQ files.
I am also including Morrisville's approval letter and the recorded Stormwater Operation and Maintenance Agreement with
the package being delivered to your office.
If you have any questions or require any additional information, please let me know.

Natalie,
One of the conditions of the 401 approval for Shiloh Crossing states that Final Stormwater Management Plans shall be
submitted to the DWQ for each phase to be reviewed and approved by the DWQ. This condition was put in place before
Morrisville became a designated municipality.
We met with the Town of Morrisville and Annette Lucas last August and it was agreed that Morrisville would be
responsible for reviewing and approving the Stormwater Management Plans for the remaining phases of Shiloh Crossing
since they are now delegated and authorized to do so.
I have attached the Town of Morrisville approval letter for the Shiloh Crossing - Phase 2 construction plans that include
the stormwater management and BMP's for Phase 2 to meet the Phased Stormwater Management Plan requirement in
the 401 Certification.
I have also attached a copy of the signed, notarized, and recorded Stormwater Operation and Maintenance Agreement
that was also a condition of the 401 approval.
We will be happy to provide you with a copy of the Shiloh Crossing - Phase 2 Stormwater Management Plans if you need
them for your records.
