The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted a follow-up inspection of the 466 Coweeta Lake
Circle on 1/06/2021. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with
the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NCG550364. The findings and
comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report
entitled "Compliance Inspection Report".

There were no significant issues or findings noted during the inspection and therefore, a response to this
inspection report is not required.

Lauren Armeni with the Asheville Regional Office conducted a follow-up compliance evaluation
inspection of the single-family wastewater disposal system that services 466 Coweeta Lake Circle.
This inspection was conducted to determine whether the system is being operated and maintained in
compliance with General NPDES Permit No. NCG550000.
During the follow-up inspection, Ms. Armeni noted the following deficiencies are now in compliance
with the permit:
1. The effluent pipe has been located and this was confirmed during the inspection. The pipe was not
discharging during the inspection; however, this pipe should be periodically checked to determine
whether or not it is discharging, and if it is, annual sampling is required.
2. It was confirmed that the system components were located on December 3, 2019 by Rapid Rooter
Plumbing and the septic tank level was normal at that time. The tank should be inspected annually to
verify that the solids level is not greater than 1/3 of the liquid depth in any compartment, and if it is, the
tank should be pumped.
Please fill out the Change of Ownership form that was previously provided. Additionally, there are
two invoices that are past due. Please pay the provided invoices to receive the new Certificate of
Coverage.
