In accordance with Part III, E (2) of the above referenced NPDES Storm Water permit, the original and one
copy of the permitted stormwater outfalis is enclosed.
The period for sampling ended on December 31, 2020.
SWO06 is in Tier III status for Copper and Zinc. SWO06 did not exceed the benchmark for Copper and Zinc
during this sampling period. All SW Outfalls were sampled during the qualifying events for the second half
of 2020.
