Please note that we were unable to sample Outfalls 001 or 002 during the semiannual monitoring Year 1— Period 2 due to the lack of a storm event that meets the required sampling criteria. Please contact Joyce Dishmon at (336) 623-0238, if there are any questions concerning the data in this submittal. I certify, under penalty of law, that this document and all attachments were prepared under my direction or supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified personnel properly gather and evaluate the information submitted.
