• 10:15-10:25 Ken to seek approval to complete and publish internally the wet pond
sheet. Ken to seek directions on the next such sheet -which topic?
• 10:25-10:55 Mike Lawyer with several miscellaneous questions on the permitting
process.
• 10:55-11:55 Annette Lucas to present three items for group input/group update.
o Seeking comment on proposed interactive application form to reduce
incomplete/erroneous submittals. Potentially to be used in both 401 and
state stormwater programs.
o Seeking comment on proposed O&M agreement for bioretention areas,
potentially to be used by both 401 and state stormwater programs.
o Update on stormwater provisions contained in draft General Certifications
from the 401 Unit.

• 12:45-1:15 Linda Lewis to seek comments on proposed processing guidelines on
permitting permeable pavements on new projects and existing projects.
• 1:15-1:45 Linda Lewis seeking review comments on the proposed Sand Filter
Supplement Sheet.
• 1:45-2:05 Paul Bartlett seeking comments on wet detention basins constructed with
retaining walls to increase volume in a given footprint.
2:05-2:35 Boyd DeVane seeking comments for the BMP manual on regional practice
wrt infiltration BMP design elements.
• 2:35-3:00 Open Agenda Item 1, if time permits. Ken to seek group consensus on
how to fill this time.
• 3:00 Adjourn. Our next meeting is in Raleigh, May 30, 2007.
