I am in receipt of your letter dated March 26, 2007 regarding DWQ # 06-1798, Ver. 3.
As I understand your request, we will plan to provide the additional information you have
requested on or before Apri130, 2007. I talked with Mr. Ian McMillan of your office last
week regarding clarification to Items #5 and 7 in your letter. Mr. McMillan indicated
that routing plan in Item #5 deals with the flow routing of waters in the drainage area
upslope of the four level spreaders. He also indicated our response to Item #7 should
include the stormwater practices that will be provided in this low density development,
and that the reference to BMP's refers to the use of the four level spreaders. If this is
incorrect, please clarify as soon as possible what is being requested, and understand that
additional time beyond what is indicated above may be needed.
