The purpose of this project is to grade and pave an existing unpaved secondary road as part of an ongoing effort to
update the state road system and improve the transportation infrastructure in rural areas.

Standard earth moving, road building and paving equipment will be used to widen the road surface, achieve a finished
grade and pave the finished road.
