Please find attached the October 2020 NDMR and NDARs for Permit No. WQ0003396 for Arauco
North America, Inc. The facility continued to pump and haul wastewater to the Big Buffalo Waste
Treatment Plant in Sanford, NC. Please note that the connection to the City of Sanford
Wastewater Pipeline was completed by the facility the first week of November. As part of the
commissioning process, the pump power to the irrigation fields was disconnected to be used for
the wastewater pipeline pumps and no spray sample was able to be taken for the month. The
values in the NDMR represent the lab results for monthly pump and haul effluent which should
be comparable to the spray effluent. After October 51h there has been a permanent
discontinuation of Irrigation usage as a result of wastewater pipeline commissioning.
