We need to submit the DMR for the second half of 2020, but only one of the three outfalls are in the eDMR system. Do
we need to go ahead and submit paper forms for the second half of 2020?

Ms. McCoy,
I certainly appreciate your assistance. Ben was able to get logged in and set me up an eDMR user account. However, it
will not let him complete the next steps in the instructions, which are to associate my account with the permit so he can
add Data Entry rights. Not sure what we need to do.....
