The revision includes minor changes in the plans for stormwater management. It has been determined that a formal permit modification is not required for the revisions. We are forwarding you an approved copy of the revised plans for your files. Please be aware that all terms and conditions of the permit issued on October 14, 2019 remain in full force and effect. The issuance of this plan revision does not preclude the permittee from complying with all other applicable statutes, rules, regulations or ordinances which may have jurisdiction over the proposed activity, and obtaining a permit or approval prior to construction. The approved copy of the revised plans and original minor modification approval are being mailed to William W. Rayburn, IV at the following address (NOTE: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the mailing of the hard copy of the permit will be delayed slightly.
