As you are aware, ECS is assisting with the stream/wetland permitting for the Village Point project located in Clemmons.
The Corps permit has been issued for the proposed project. The DWQ has requested three additional items, including a
signed agent authorization. I've attached a completed agent authorization that needs to be signed and submitted to the
NC DWQ to keep the process moving forward. Please sign it and return it to me. Thank-you.
