Box 25490 Fayetteville, NC 28314 Subject Property: Village at Rockfish Tom Starling Road Rockfish Creek [(18-31-23), C] REQUEST FOR MORE INFORMATION Dear Mr. Koenig and Mr. Albred: DWQ Project # 11-0415 Cwnberland County On May 6, 2011, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your application, to fill or otherwise impact 115 linear feet of perennial stream associated with the proposed construction of the residential subdivision at the site. The DWQ has determined that your application was incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below. The DWQ will require additional information ir1 order to process your application to impact protected wetlands and/or streams on the subject property. Therefore, unless we receive five copies of the additional information requested below, we will place this project on hold as incomplete until we receive this additional information. If we do not receive the requested information, your project will be formally returned as incomplete. Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project. Additional Information Requested: 1. Please locate the project boundaries on the most recent bound and published Cumberland County Soil Survey map for the project. 2. Please re-submit your site plans on full plan sheets at a scale of no smaller than 1 "=50' with topographic contours shown. 3. Please provide cross section details showing the provisions for aquatic life passage. 4. Please indicate proposed lot layout as an overlay on the site plan. 6. Please locate any planned sewer lines on the plan. 7. Please complete Section B. 6a of the PCN. 8. Please complete Section D. 1 a and 1 b of the PCN. Please complete Sections E. 2d and 2e of the PCN. The DWQ Stormwater Program will be doing the stormwater review for this project because it is subject to Phase II stormwater permitting requirements. 10. Please complete Section F. 4a of the PCN. Please submit this information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter. If we do not receive this requested information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter, your project will be withdrawn and you will need to reapply with a new application and a new fee. This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not authorized (at this time) by the DWQ.
