Please provide afull-size plan sheet at a scale of 1" = 50' or larger that shows the entire
apartment complex and road widening project (all 6.21 acres). The plan sheet should include
one-foot proposed contours, and the entire storm drainage system (including every inlet, outlet
and conveyance device).
Per the requirements of the Neuse Riparian Buffer Rule, all stormwater drainage from this site
must be discharged through a correctly designed level spreader or treated by a stormwater BMP
that removes a minimum of 30 percent of total nitrogen and total phosphorus prior to discharge
through the riparian buffer.. Level spreader design requirements are set forth in Chapter 8 of
the North Carolina Stormwater BMP Manual, available at:

3. Please provide documentation of the Town of Knightdale's approval of the stormwater
management plan for this project by providing EITHER:
• A valid approval letter from the Town of Knightdale indicating that the proposed activity has
an approved SMP and one copy of the approved SMP, including plan details, calculations
and other supporting information, OR
A set of stormwater plan details and calculations stamped as "Approved" by the Town of
Knightdale.
