Good afternoon! This email is to notify you both that there is a discrepancy between the PCN Impact Table and the
Impact Maps for the above project. The newly proposed stream crossing, Impact No. 12 is noted in the Impact Table as
being 59LF of temporary impact; when compared to Plan Sheet 5, the impact is noted to be 72 LF.
The correct number for this impact is 72 LF of temporary stream impact associated with the sanitary sewer crossing -
the map by the Engineer is correct and my table is wrong. I have no idea why I listed it as 59LF and I apologize for not
catching this mistake before submitting the application to you both.
Ian, is there any way that you can revise the 401 Approval to reflect the corrected amount of stream impact? Just to
recap -there is 47 LF of temporary, perennial stream impact and 72 LF of temporary intermittent stream impact for a total
of 119 LF of temporary stream impact for the sewer project.
Again, my apologies for not seeing this and thanks for your understanding.
