Keller Environmental and Crowley and Associates appreciate Ms. Annette Lucas' assistance with the level spreaders for this and other similar current projects. We are requesting for NC Division of Water Quality (NCDWQ) written approval under Section 401, Clean Water Act, 33 USC 1344. This will assist in compliance with Water Quality Certification (WQC) 3404 and its accompanying Nationwide Permit (NWP) 14. We have addressed your included written comments in the following paragraphs. 1. Since the last submittal, a number of new additional level spreaders have been added to the development. Please provide a plan detail and a DWQ level spreader worksheet for each one. Please refer to the attached Erosion Control Plan and level spreader worksheets. 2. Since level spreader number 2 has been redesigned. Please provide a new DWQ worksheet for the new design. Please refer to the attached worksheet for level spreader number 2. We have also attached a CD containing the plan details. If you should have questions or require additional clarification please feel free to contact me at 844-7437 (office), 749-8259 (cell) or email: jay(a~kellerenvironmental.com.
