Describe the overall project in detail, including the type of equipment to be used: the City of Wilson will use a small mini ex and gradeall to slope bank from the top of bankfull bench 9 to 12 feet back landward to achieve a 3:1 slope where the existing banks are eroded to a 1:1.After the grading has been completed the area will be fertilized and seeded with grasses and wetland seed mix and then matted with a straw and coconut fiber matting. There is an existing ditch that ties into the subject stream and a rip rap scour hole will be placed just before the main stream to help with the settling of any sediment coming into the stream and to help reduce the erosion at the end of this existing ditch. 4.
