Thank you for taking a moment to speak with me a moment ago. As we discussed, can you provided verification that
DWQ received a copy of the courtesy PCN application for the proposed Autozone site? Additionally, can you confirm the
proposed AutoZone site in Surf City, NC, meets the requirement and conditions of Water Quality Certificate 3821, and that
written authorization from the DWQ required?
Please note, a copy of the Water Quality Certificate no. 3821 has been provided to AutoZone and Frontier Building Corp.
(the contractor). A copy of the correspondence from May 6, 2011 is attached for your reference.
