The project will include the construction of a new multi-purpose building and parking lot. Modifications to the existing
drainage system will included regrading the existing between the proposed building and parking lot, and the ditch along
the bottom of the proposed pond. The site will be graded using typical heavy construction equipment. The site is subject
to local stormwater regulations. The stormwater facilities were approved by the City and have been constructed in
compliance with the permit.

attenuate runoff from the new building and construction of a new permanent wet pond to attenuate runoff from the new
